At Clogher for the Barony of Clogher, on Monday, 14th May, at the hour of Eleven o’clock in the morning, and from thence until Six o’clock in the evening, before the Magistrates then and there assembled, and a

At which last -mentioned Sessions, all Applications the expense of which it may be proposed by such Applications to be levied off the County at Large, are to be taken into consideration by the Justices there assembled and such Associated Cesspayers as shall have been selected by the Magistrates and
Cesspayers at each of the Baronial Presentment Sessions.

All Magistrates’ Orders to be lodged with the County Surveyor immediately after being issued. Assistant Surveyors are requested to see to this order being complied with; and no order will in future be passed by the Grand Jury that has not been granted in Petty Sessions, and strictly in accordance with the 49th Section of the Act.
