James LOUGHRAN, Plaintiff; Patrick LOUGHRAN, John J. MONAGHAN, and Daniel GRIMES, Defendants
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Decree of the County Court Judge, dated the 14th day of October, 1884, it was ordered that the Interest of the Defendant, Patrick LOUGHRAN, in All That Farm of Land in the townland of Innishbrack, in the Parish of Kildress, Barony of Upper Dungannon and County of Tyrone, containing 29 acres, statute measure, or thereabouts, together with the Buildings and Improvements thereon, should be Sold for the purpose of discharging the Incumbrances thereon.
All persons claiming to be Incumbrancers on the said Farm and as such entitled to the proceeds of the Sale are required to send to John SIMMONS, Market Square, Dungannon, the Solicitor for the Plaintiff, on or before the 4th day of June, 1885, full particulars of their claims and a statement of the nature of the securities, if any, held by them, together with their Christian and Surnames, Addresses and Descriptions, and in default they will be excluded from the benefit of the said Decree. And all such Creditors are to attend before the Clerk of the Peace, at the Court House, Omagh, on Tuesday, the 9th day of June,1885, and produce their securities at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, being the time fixed for adjudication on claims.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Decree of the County Court Judge, dated the 13th day of January, 1885, it was ordered that all that Farm of Land, in the townland of Annagher, containing 11a. 3r. 5p., statute measure or thereabouts, held by the defendants as tenants from year to year, and situate in the Barony of Middle Dungannon, and the County of Tyrone, should be sold for the purpose of discharging the incumbrances thereon.
All Persons claiming to be Incumbrancers on the said Farm, and as such entitled to the proceeds of the Sale, are required to send to John SIMMONS, Market Square, Dungannon, the Solicitor for the plaintiff, on or before the 4th day of June, 1885, full particulars of their Claims, and a Statement of the nature of the Securities, (if any), held by them, together with their Christian and Surnames, addresses and descriptions; and in default they will be excluded from the Benefit of the said Decree; and all such Creditors are to attend before the Clerk of the Peace, at the Court House, Omagh, on Tuesday, the 9th day of June, 1885, and produce their Securities at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, being the time fixed for adjudication on claims.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Decree of the County Court Judge, dated the 13th day of January, 1885, it was ordered that Two Farms of Land, situate in the townlands of Broughadoey and Culkeeran, both in the parish of Clonfeacle, Barony of Dungannon and County of Tyrone, the first-named farm containing 15 acres, statute measure, and occupied by the late John KEATING as tenant from year to year, under Viscount Powerscourt; and the second-named farm containing 8 acres, statute measure, or thereabouts, and being occupied by the said Defendant, Patick KEATING, and held by him as tenant from year to year, under Viscount Powerscourt, should be Sold for the purpose of discharging the incumbrances thereon.

Notice is hereby given that, Pursuant to a Decree of the County Court Judge, dated the 13th day of January, 1885, it was ordered that all that Farm of Land, situate in the townland of Carrycastle, containing 19 acres, Irish plantation measure or thereabouts, and held by the Defendant as Tenant from year to year, under the Right Honorable the Earl of Caledon; and said Farm, being situate in the Barony of Middle Dungannon, and County of Tyrone, should be sold for the purpose of discharging the Incumbrances thereon.

Pursuant to an order of the County Court Judge, of the County of Tyrone, made in a certain Equity Suit, wherein Mary DONAGHY is Plaintiff and James DEVLIN, Executor of Patrick M’KANE, late of Creenagh in said County, Farmer, deceased, is Defendant, the Creditors and other persons claiming debts or liabilities affecting the personal Estate of the said Patrick M’KANE, who died on or about the 11th day of October, 1881, are on or before the 4th day of June, 1885, to send by post, prepaid, addressed to Mr. Wm. James REYNOLDS, Market Square, Dungannon, the Solicitor for the Defendant, the Executor of said deceased their christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their claims and the nature of the securities if any held by them or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said order. Every Creditor holding any security is to produce the same before the Clerk of the Peace, at the Court House, Omagh, on the 9th June, 1885, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, being the time fixed for adjudication on claims.
