Cesspayers at each of the Baronial Presentment Sessions.
All Magistrates’ Orders to be lodged with the County Surveyor immediately after being issued. Assistant Surveyors are requested to see to this order being complied with; and no order will in future be passed by the Grand Jury that has not been granted in Petty Sessions, and strictly in accordance with the 49th Section of the Act.
