Each Notice includes the statement of “List of Notices Served on the Clerk of the Peace for the County of Monaghan of Persons who intend to make application to the Magistrates presiding at the next Sessions of the Peace to be held at the Division of Castleblaney, in and for said County, of their intention of applying to the Clerk of the Peace for his certificate to entitle them to a license for the sale of spirituous liquors etc., for the year ending….”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
