Will of Martha NISBITT (NESBITT) of Cloghogall, County Tyrone 1825
In the Name of God Amen I Martha Nisbitt of Cloghogall in the County of Tyrone Spinster being of sound and fearing the approach of death do make and publish this as my last Will & Testament this third day of March Eighteen hundred and twenty five. I give and bequeath all my property of every kind so ever to my brother the Reverend Richard Nesbitt and to my sister Susan Nesbitt to be divided in equal parts between them.

On the 15th June 1826 administration / with the will annexed / of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Martha Nesbitt late of Cloghogall in the County of Tyrone in Ireland Spinster Deceased was granted to the Reverend Richard Nesbitt Clerk the natural and lawful Brother and one of the universal legatees named in the said Will being first sworn by Commission duly to administer the Executor named in the said Will /-/
