Death Registration.
The page of death registrations is the information written in a book by an official at the District Registrar's Office (in this case Donemana in the Strabane District, Co Tyrone 1865). These pages are then sent to the General Register Office, Belfast, where a single Death Certificate can then be issued containing all the relevant information.
This page was obtained from the LDS Library, Family History Department, 35 N West Temple Street, Salt Lake City. UT 84150-3400. USA. for the cost of 25cents US. To order similar records you need to know the name of the individual and year of event, FHL Film number, Registration page and Volume number.
