Monday se’nnight, the Assizes commenced at Omagh. The Hon. Justice Torrens in the Crown Court and Baron McClelland in the Record Court; the following Gentlemen were sworn on the Grand Jury:

This is the person on whom the Jury did not agree at last Assizes, and on being brought to the verge of the county it appeared that there were eleven for conviction and one for acquittal |
