On Thursday evening, the 25th inst., of a rapid decline, in the 46th year of his age, Mr. John Aberdeen, Commander of the new steam packet, the Robert Napier. His remains are to be interred in Belfast, and tomorrow morning, at nine o'clock, will be removed thence from the East Parade, City Wall.

July 4, Thomas Burke, a quay porter, whilst working on the "Clyde" (? location) a collier fell inton the hold and was injured. He was taken to the County Infirmary, wher he died at five o'clock that evening. An Inquest will be held today the 5th inst.

On the 18th March, in Mary Street, aged 32 years, Thomas, the eldest son of the late Thomas Butler, of this City, who, it will be remembered, was declared heir at law to the vast property (£300,000), of the late Patrick Marsh Esq. of York Street, Belfast. Through want of means he was obliged to resign his just claims; and although the sum of £10,000 was left for the especial purposes of charity, he was allowed to sink, broken hearted, into an untimely grave.
