STRABANE MORNING POST:

March 18 1823

TO BE SOLD, THOSE well-built Tenements in which MRS. LINDSAY and MR. WM. WARK now live, pleasantly situated at the Canal of Strabane. The Houses are three Stories high, with a good Cellar, a well-enclosed Yard to each, and good Stabling and Hay Lofts; also, there is on the rear of each Tenement, a good House, two Stories high, fronting the Session’s House, held under the Heirs of the Most Noble the Marquis of Abercorn.

Proposals for the above, will be received by JOSEPH and JAMES SEMPLE, the Proprietors, at Carrickmore, until the 10th of April, when, should a fair Value be offered, the purchaser will be declared

Died on Friday morning, the 21st inst., after a few days illness, MRS. SEMPLE, wife of GEORGE SEMPLE, ESQ., of Garvetegh, county of Tyrone

Died on Wednesday, the 14th inst. at his residence, Castletown, near Strabane, in the 79th year of his age, MAJOR JOHN SEMPLE
