The Honourable Justice JOHN R. DONNELL. Died in Newbern, North Carolina on Saturday morning last, 15th October, aged 75 years. The son of JAMES DONNELL of Calhame, near Strabane, and brother of SAMUEL DONNELL, merchant in Strabane. He emigrated in 1799 at the age of ten years and since retirement has been living with his daughter in Newbern “The Raleigh, North Carolina, Conservative”

Mr EZEKIEL DONNELL of New York, while lately on a visit to his relations at Ballee, having purchased the tenant-right of the large farm of Milltown, Ballymagorry, which he left in the hands of his father, his neighbours met on the 11th inst with 25 well-appointed ploughs, ploughed nearly all the ground intended for cropping this year
