On Wednesday last, the HON. BARON McCLELLAND and the HON. JUSTICE FLETCHER, arrived at Omagh. Justice Fletcher opened the Commission in the Crown Court. The following Gentlemen were sworn on the Grand Jury: -

For the murder of JAMES TRIMBLE at Clogher – guilty of manslaughter. To be imprisoned 12 months each, and burned in the hand

Twenty-six persons were convicted of illicit distillation and sentences from one to three months’ imprisonment or to pay a fine of £5 to the King – Strabane Morning Post
